Monticello

Spencer's parents just got here and the first thing we did was go to Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson. It was so neat. The house is beautiful and sits on over 500 acres. The views were breathtaking.

There is a wonderful walkway lined in gorgeous flowers that wraps around the huge front lawn.

The grounds also include a large vegetable garden and fruit garden. I can't believe how immaculate this vegetable garden is. And look at the view in the distant....beautiful!

How fun. I totally remember that from history class. What a beautiful day. Are you coming to Utah at all this summer? or do you need to stay close by for the research study?
