Play Mat for Ty

I just finished this play mat for Ty. I first saw this fabric (Merryville by Michael Miller) on a blog, she had made a play mat for her son with it and I thought it was a great idea. I, of course, got on ebay and found the same fabric and ordered it right away. I picked this fun brigh orange for the back and I took it a step further and put number, shapes and colors on the back and added ties so it can be rolled up. It was a fun project. I love how it turned out. Ty loves playing with it and pointing out all the objects on the front like swing, bus, airplane, ball, etc...never ending fun!

If it wasn't too hard, you should sell those! Totally cute. I just don't have the patience for the detail on the back. :)

Why didn't you make me stuff like this when I needed it? Now my kids' IQ is stunted and they are forever deprived. That is so cute.

You seriously need to stop making all these cute things because you're making me feel bad. So, Katie is adorable! Congratulations.
